´╗┐Managing Resistance To Change Diagram - The Letter B in the Brain on This Diagram of the Brain The letter B is at the midst of a circle that's located on the left side of the mind. This could explain why people who have obsessive compulsive disorder seem to obsessively bang their minds. The idea goes that the letter B in their head acts as a sort of constant reminder they have to quit worrying about something or consider it longer. It is just in the center of the mind, behaving like a sign to them to do something different. But what if the OCD ideas in the head never reach the OCD thoughts in the mind? How can the obsession persist, seemingly with no way out for the sufferer? Can there be a way to control this type of obsessive thinking? A couple of weeks ago I had a conversation with a lady who has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and she told me she had tried just about everything you could consider. But nothing seemed. She had been constantly aware of her activities and that is all she got out of treatments, but there was no way to tell if she was actually responding to her feelings or to something in her surroundings, something which was part of her body. When the brain works the way she believes it needs to, then her actions are automatically related to the entire body. However, if theB in her head is not working for her then she is reacting to the feelings of their body. She did not feel that she was able to respond properly to events within her environment. She was getting therapy for a year and was finally attempting to go to counseling because she believed that this psychological link within her mind was the reason for her OCD. There are particular triggers within her environment that would tell her that she needed to get help, and these were the words that would remind her of what had been going on in her own life and also those words would send a message to her mind that she wanted help. It is sensible to me if your body is telling you to go to therapy and that the body is reacting properly to the phrases that are said to you personally in the surroundings, then the brain would have the ability to move in a greater degree of consciousness. Joe Vitale helped put this concept together and now it has been used by thousands of individuals. The letter B from the mind on this diagram of the mind is pointing to that lobe and the sufferer have OCD. What they have to do is get to the origin of the OCD and get rid of it permanently. They should also figure out the reason that they have OCD and take steps to eliminate it.
